DEXTERS LabSchool Project

September 2023 - May 2024

I worked with a research group in the ASU School of Earth and Space Exploration to create a publicly available website for their team as part of my Computer Science Capstone project. In a team with two other students, I was tasked with the frontend development of the website, creating the general layout, page navigation, working links, and functional buttons.

Created with HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, and Python.

The Record Room - Redesigned PrototypeSchool Project

April 2023

For the culminating project in my Intro to Human-Computer Interaction at Arizona State University, I worked in a group of four to conduct a study testing the usability of a chosen website and redesigning it using principles, guidelines, and theories learned in class in order to improve it. A total of twelve participants were part of the study and were divided evenly into two groups: original website testers and redesigned website testers. The redesigned website was designed with an emphasis on creating better efficiency, functionality, and learnability, and the results proved that our redesign significantly improved the usability of the website.
